Breast Milk MileStone™ Celebration

Supporting breastfeeding families is a passion very close to my heart.  Breastfeeding in modern society is very hard. Which makes celebrating the breastfeeding relationship something that is needed!  Whether you breastfeed for 3 days or 3 years the breastfeeding relationship needs to be celebrated! Some of the most extraordinary women I met were breastfeeding mothers. I have been honored to be apart of some of the most intimate and raw parts of so many families. These experiences have shaped and humbled me in ways I never imagined possible. It is my hope that all families have something tangible to celebrate their relationship relationship!

Over the past year I have been studying and experimenting to make the perfect formula for Breast Milk MileStone™ Jewelry. I am overwhelmed with excitement to be announcing that I am finally ready to accept some orders! I know many people who would love a piece. The great amount of time and precious metals that go into making the Breast Milk MileStone™ make them out of the budget to many.  Which is why I am inviting you, my clients and dear friends, to enter in a Mother’s Day Special Celebration!

Up to ten women will be selected to get a sterling silver Breast Milk MileStone™ ring and matching earrings similar to the one pictured for a $50, a fraction of the retail value($250).

How to Encapsulate Your Placenta-Raw vs TCM Processes:

Blissful Birth and Beyond - Placenta Encapsulation Processes
Blissful Birth and Beyond – Placenta Encapsulation Processes

There are two primary encapsulation processes to chose from: Traditional Chinese Medicine and Raw. When reading this please keep in mind what steps you were drawn and use your strong mother’s intuition to chose what process and steps are best for your placenta. When you choose Blissful Birth and Beyond for your placenta you can and are encouraged to custom order when filling out the order form. Below we will cover the steps for each method:

The Traditional Chinese Medicine process that invokes steaming the placenta with lemon and ginger to infuse warmth as a saw placenta is considered very cold in TCM. The concept behind this process is adding (warmth/yang) to the mother’s body to replace the empty spaces (cold/yin) in her body from giving birth.

1. Both processes begin with gently cleansing the placenta from blood with warm water.

2. A photo of the clean placenta is taken for my records unless permission is not granted.

3. The cord and membranes are gently removed.

4. If mother has orders a tincture or keepsake it is removed now.

5. The placenta is steamed with fresh organic lemon slices and organic ginger gently graded. This step takes about 30-40 min.

6. The placenta is cut into thin slices.

7. The placenta is placed on a protective barrier and then on the dehydrator. This step typically takes 7-10 hours.

8. The placenta is then ground up using an electric grinder or a mortar and pestle.

9. The ground placenta is then put into vegan capsules and placed into the freezer immediately for storing until delivery.

Raw:

1. Both processes begin with gently cleansing the placenta from blood with warm water.

2. A photo of the clean placenta is taken for my records unless permission is not granted.

3. The cord and membranes are gently removed.

4. If mother has ordered a tincture or keepsake it is removed now.

5. The placenta is cut into thin slices.

6. The placenta is placed on a protective barrier and then on the dehydrator on low heat. This step typically takes 8-10 hours.

7. The placenta is then ground up using an electric grinder or a mortar and pestle.

8. The ground placenta is then put into vegan capsules placed into the freezer immediately for storing until delivery.

The process takes no more then 48 hours from pick-up to delivery.
